Sirtfood Diet Plan
Part 1 of the Sirtfood diet plan is the initial stage, a method for losing an average of 3kg in the first seven days. During the first three days, calorie intake is set to a maximum of 1000 calories per day. This consists of three sirtfood green juices, plus one full meal with sirtfoods each day. For days four to seven, calorie intake is lifted to a maximum of 1500 calories. Each day involves two sirtfood green juices and two sirtfood meals.
Part 2 is the 14-day continuance phase, where despite not targeting reducing calories, weight is reduced steadily. This part consists of three balanced sirtfood meals per day, along with a sirtfood green juice.
The reality of the Sirtfood diet plan is that you don’t have to be forever in strict diet mode. By integrating more sirtfoods into your everyday food intake you will be able to gain real, healthy advantages for everyday living.
